The vision for A Family of Faith is strong Catholic families in which children learn the joys of following Jesus Christ and the truths of their Faith through the witness of Christian life given by their parents.



In the midst of today's busy schedules, finding time for religious education can be a challenge for many families. That's why Family of Faith offers a flexible and accessible way for families to prioritize their faith formation. With user-friendly materials, parents can confidently lead their children in discovering the beauty and truth of the Catholic faith. Whether you're a lifelong Catholic or just beginning to explore your faith journey, this program meets you where you are and helps your family grow closer to God.


Starting in 2024/2025 Volume 3

This year focuses on the moral life and what it means to live the way God wants us to live. From the Ten Commandments to the Beatitudes to the Great Commandment, throughout salvation history, God has provided us with models for living virtuously. Ultimately, He sent us Christ Himself, who gives us the perfect model of holiness and calls us to live like Him and in Him.


Seventh grade will be starting Confirmation Prep, this year will focus on the material from Sophia Press called Sealed in Fire. This material along with age-appropriate catechesis helps prepare the students for their Confirmation year which is in the eighth grade.


Family of Faith is family catechesis/religious education for those families who have students that are in grades K, 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 that attend:

  • Public school

  • Home school

  • SJA school families are encouraged to participate

Family of Faith religious education for the 2024/2025 school year will begin in September and will be held on the first Wednesday of each month. A schedule will be provided with specific dates. 


Each class session will be from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Each night we meet will be approx. 90 minutes. 


Each month there will be opportunities for families to strengthen their faith and help build the community and the domestic church. We encourage families that join if they are passionate about their faith to share those passions and allow other families to join in.


There will be a firm registration deadline for the 2024-2025 year. Registration will close August 9, 2024 at 5:00pm.  Families are strongly urged not to delay their child’s registration.
